15 hours per week, to be worked flexibly (plus up to 5 hours floating with WSFC Operations Assistant).
£25,000 FTE, paid monthly (£12.82 per hour).

The West Somerset Food Cupboard Trustees are keen to ensure that we operate effectively and that we review our operating model and approach so that we deliver an appropriate level of service to our users. Whilst we are delivering a great service and making a real difference, we recognise the need to constantly reflect and consider how we can improve and develop our service.
We will be conducting a short review of our operations over the next three months. Whilst we do not believe that this will surface any major change, we wish to take the opportunity to review our roles and how they work together. This may result in some minor flexing of the role or roles and we would welcome the input of the successful candidate, working with our existing staff and Trustees to help to direct the review.
